We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Shipping fee: $12.95
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers (excluding some Asian regions) may experience additional delays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns/exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” in our Promotions section
  • Any footwear showing signs of wear or that has been used outdoors
  • Products without original packaging or tags

How to Return or Exchange

Step-by-Step Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, include:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: your preferred size/color (subject to availability)
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package items securely in original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the package, and ship to:

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

  • We ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead

International Returns
